Staff
Bryan joined the HCBCGT staff in October 1997 as the Small Groups / Assimilation Pastor. In February of 2003, he moved into the role of Senior Pastor. Bryan is a graduate of Baylor University (Double Major in Religion and Greek), and received his Masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary (Christian Education). Bryan is also an accomplished musician and enjoys playing the bass guitar. He and his wife, Wendi, have two sons, Nick and Nathan.
Don joined the staff in June 2010 to manage the day to day operations of the church and to provide organizational leadership for the ministry directors. Don comes from an extensive career in high tech operations. Over the years Don has served as an usher, men's ministry teacher, Bible teacher, small group leader, and elder. In his leisure time, he enjoys: home remodeling, auto restoration, and taking care of the animals that reside on his property. Don has two sons and a granddaughter.
Jared joined the staff as our student pastor in August 2010. He is a graduate of Texas State University and is obtaining his Masters in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He enjoys hanging out with family & friends, playing most sports (especially golf), good books and jamming on the guitar. He is married to Melissa and they have a son named Bryson.
Daniel Price - Worship & Communications
Daniel joined the staff as our worship leader in March 2010, and joined the staff full time in December 2010. He graduated from The Ocean's Edge School of Worship in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is an accomplished musician and plays several instruments including guitar, piano, and drums. Daniel and his wife Jessica love hanging out with their dog, Jackson.
Dianna George - Prayer Coord & Office Admin
Dianna manages our database and distribution of prayer requests and praises. She and her husband, Norman, relocated to Georgetown from the Houston area. They have four grown children and nine grandchildren.
Russell relocated to Georgetown from Colorado Springs, CO, and joined the HCBCGT staff in 2009. He graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with an Associates Degree in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology. He retired from the Air Force in 2001 as a Master Sergeant. Russell is married to Faith.
As Director of Children's Ministry, Katie leads an amazing team of people who are passionate about helping shape the spiritual lives of children. Katie graduated from Southwestern University with a degree in Elementary Education. She and her husband, David, have four children and have been a part of the HCBCGT family since 2004.
Melissa joined the staff in May 2011. She is a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in early childhood through 4th grade development. She has previously worked as a first grade teacher and kindergarten teacher. Melissa is married to Jared and they have a toddler named Bryson and another baby boy on the way in December.
